Have you ever wondered what can I make with cake mix besides cake?  These Chocolate Crinkle Cookies Using Cake Mix are the perfect way to deal with those late night chocolate cravings, and a must-have at your upcoming parties and cookie exchanges!

I’m warning you though… these cookies have a habit of disappearing at an alarming rate!  Recipes with confectioners sugar like these soft, warm, homemade powdered sugar cookies are so yummy!

Easy Chocolate Crinkle Cookies Using Cake Mix! (Just 4 Ingredients)

These Chocolate Crinkle Cookies Using Cake Mix are soft, tender, and are packed with rich fudgy flavors!

Ingredients

  • 15.25 ounces Betty Crocker Devil's Food Cake Mix 1 box
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Vegetable or Canola Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar

Instructions

  • Beat together Cake Mix, Oil, and Eggs until well combined.
  • Chill dough in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • After dough has chilled, form into small tablespoon size balls.
  • Roll each ball in powdered sugar until well coated.
  • Transfer to cookie sheet.
  • Bake for approx. 7 minutes, or until done.
  • Remove from oven, and after a few minutes transfer cookies to cooling racks. Enjoy!

    I made these and wow! This time doing the Carmel ones. But not in the mood to make my own so I’m just going to use grandma Smith’s caramel I have in the refrigerator. That will work won’t it? Hope so!

    I absolutely love all your Crinkle Cookies recipes , it looks super easy to make.
