Looking for an easy dessert to take to the party or another fun cookie recipe to finish off dinner tonight? These Orange Crinkle Cookies are the perfect ending to any day!

Ingredients

15.25 oz (1 box Betty Crocker Vanilla Cake Mix)
2 Eggs
½ cup Canola or Vegetable Oil
¾ cup Powdered Sugar
Wilton Orange Icing Color

Instructions

Beat together Cake Mix, Oil, and Eggs until well combined.
Add Wilton Orange Icing Color to dough, and mix until thoroughly combined. (Use as much as you need until you reach your desired color)
Chill dough in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
After dough has chilled, form into small tablespoon size balls.
Roll each ball in Powdered Sugar until well coated.
Transfer to cookie sheet.
Bake for approx. 7 minutes, or until done.
Remove from oven, and after a few minutes transfer cookies to cooling racks. Enjoy!
