This yummy deep golden brown banana bread has a sweet banana flavor blended with the perfect blend of spices. It’s such a delicious fall twist on the classic banana bread!
It’s also great for breakfast on-the-go, an after-school snack. Trust me… it disappears fast! You’ll end up with 2 loaves, so you can enjoy one now, and freeze one for later!
Here’s what you’ll need…
Banana Spice Bread Recipe
- 15.25 ounces Betty Crocker Super Moist Spice Cake Mix (1 box)
- 3 very ripe Medium Bananas
- ⅓ cup Canola or Vegetable Oil
- 3 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In medium mixing bowl, mash peeled Bananas until gooey.
- Add powdered Cake Mix, Cinnamon, Eggs, and Oil into Banana mixture, and stir until well combined.
- Spray bottom and sides of two 9×5 Non-stick Loaf Pans with Cooking Spray.
- Evenly pour mixture into 2 loaf pans.
- Bake for 35 - 40 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in pans for 5 minutes, then transfer loaves to wire racks to finish cooling. Enjoy!
