Key Lime Angel Food Cake Bars
Ingredients
- 16 ounces Betty Crocker Angel Food Cake Mix 1 box {‘just add water’ variety}
- 23 ounces Key Lime Creme Pie Filling
- Optional Powdered Sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In mixing bowl, stir together Key Lime Creme Pie Filling and Powdered Cake Mix until well combined.
- Spray 9×13 Baking Dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Transfer mixture into baking dish, and spread out evenly.
- Bake for approximately 25 minutes, or until done.
- Remove from oven, and allow to cool. Optional: dust with powdered sugar before slicing. Enjoy!

I live in Hawaii and cannot find the canned key lime pie cream filling anywhere. Can I use jello lime pudding instead ? And how would I do that ? Prepare the pudding and mix it with the cake mix? Please let me know what you think.
