Ingredients
- 16.25 oz. Betty Crocker White SuperMoist Cake Mix 1 box
- 2 Egg Whites
- 1/2 cup Canola Oil or Vegetable Oil
- Cream Cheese Frosting + Green Food Coloring
- Red & Green Sprinkles
Instructions
- Combine cake mix, egg whites, and oil in large mixing bowl, and beat well.
- Chill dough in refrigerator for 45 minutes – 1 hour.
- Drop onto ungreased non-stick cookie sheet in rounded balls.
- Bake for approx. 7 – 9 minutes, {or until done} at 350 degrees.
- Cool on cooling racks, and once cool it’s time to frost!
- Using your favorite homemade or store bought tub of Cream Cheese Frosting, mix in a few drops of Green Food Coloring and stir until frosting is tinted a pretty shade of green.
- Frost cookies, and sprinkle on some festive Red & Green Sprinkles, and ENJOY!!
