Cake Mix Pumpkin Bars Recipe
Ingredients
- 15 ounces Pumpkin Puree
- 15.25 ounces Betty Crocker Super Moist Spice Cake Mix 1 box
- 16 ounces Cream Cheese Frosting (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a medium mixing bowl, add powdered Cake Mix and Pumpkin Puree, and stir until well combined.
- Spray bottom and sides of a 9×13 Baking Dish with Cooking Spray.
- Evenly pour mixture into baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Let cool, and cut with a plastic knife and top with optional cream cheese frosting when ready to serve. ENJOY!
