Turkey Roll Ups Recipe

Ingredients

  • (5) 8 inch Flour Tortillas
  • 16 ounces Whipped Cream Cheese
  • 1 head Leaf Lettuce
  • 9 ounce package Deli Sliced Turkey Breast
  • 14 ounce Jellied Cranberry Sauce

Instructions

  • For each roll-up, spread 3 tablespoons cream cheese on a tortilla.
  • Layer with lettuce leaves and 4 slices of turkey.
  • Then spread a thin layer of cranberry sauce over the turkey.
  • Roll up tightly and place seam-side down on a plate; cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
  • When ready to serve, trim off end of rolls, slice remainder 1 inch thick, and secure with toothpicks. ENJOY!

    Oh, all these great food photos make me hungry! Your turkey roll ups sound delicious, it would never have occurred to me to fill tortillas with a mix of turkey breast and jellied cranberry sauce. (We always have them with red bean filling in Mexican style or in Asian with minced meat, mangos and curry sauce.) We have to try it out, thanks for the tip.
