Made with real pumpkin, this delicious bread is perfect for a breakfast on-the-go, dessert, or an after-school snack.  Plus… it really couldn’t be any easier to make than this!

Cake Mix Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread Recipe

This EASY Cake Mix Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread is the solution for those pumpkin bread cravings!  It’s moist, perfectly spiced, and is packed full of pumpkin flavor!

Ingredients

  • 15.25 ounces Betty Crocker Super Moist Spice Cake Mix 1 box
  • 15 ounces Libby’s Pure Pumpkin 1 can
  • 1 cup Nestle Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup Canola or Vegetable Oil
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2.5 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • In medium mixing bowl, stir together all ingredients.
  • Spray bottom and sides of one 9 x 5 non-stick loaf pan with cooking spray.
  • Evenly pour mixture into loaf pan, and smooth out on top. (You can sprinkle some chocolate chips on top to create a nice finished look)
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool in pan for 5 minutes, then transfer loaf to wire rack to finish cooling. Enjoy!
