Ingredients

15.25 ounces Betty Crocker Super Moist Spice Cake Mix 1 box
15 ounces Libby's Pure Pumpkin 1 can
1/2 cup Canola or Vegetable Oil
3 Eggs
2 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In medium mixing bowl, stir together all ingredients.
Spray bottom and sides of one 9 x 5 non-stick loaf pan with cooking spray.
Evenly pour mixture into loaf pan, and smooth out on top.
Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Allow to cool in pan for 5 minutes, then transfer loaf to wire rack to finish cooling. Enjoy!
