How to Make Brown Sugar
- 2 cups White Sugar
- 2.5 tablespoons Molasses
- Combine Molasses and Sugar in a large mixing bowl and stir with a spoon until the molasses is completely worked in, breaking up any small chunks as they form. (I used my hands to mix it together thoroughly after stirring it with a spoon for about a minute)
- If you want your Brown Sugar to be darker, continue to add more molasses.
- Once you've reached your desired color, you're done! Store in a mason jar or air tight container.
