Ingredients

31 ounces White Chili Beans two 15.5 oz. cans
2 cups Rotisserie Chicken cut into 1" pieces mostly brown meat
1 1/2 cups diced White Onion
2-4 cloves minced Garlic
12 ounces Evaporated Milk
10.5 ounces Cream of Chicken Soup
2 ounces Diced Jalapenos {1/2 of 4 oz. can}
4 ounces Diced Green Chilies
1/2 teaspoon Cumin
2 tablespoons Butter
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions

Preheat 5-6 quart Dutch Oven on stove at Medium-High heat.
After dutch oven has warmed up, add Butter.
Once Butter has melted, add Onions and Garlic, then saute until Onions start to look clear, or translucent.
Reduce heat to Medium, then add Evaporated Milk, Cream of Chicken Soup, Chicken, Beans, Green Chiles, Diced Jalapenos, Salt, and Pepper, then stir well.
Let soup simmer for 25 minutes, stirring regularly.
Serve in your favorite soup bowl and ENJOY!
