Mustard Maple Chicken Thighs
Mustard Maple Chicken Thighs Recipe
- 1/4 Cup Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
- 1 Teaspoon minced garlic
- Season Salt to Taste
- 6-8 Murray’s Omega-3 Chicken Thighs 1100mg Omega-3 per thigh
- Combine all ingredients except thighs.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Coat skin side of thighs with maple dijon mixture.
- Bake chicken for approximately 45 minutes.
- Check chicken for doneness. Chicken should be no less than 165 degrees F. Enjoy!
