There’s something to be said for healthy habits, right?  For the past several years, I’ve made it a point to workout at the gym at least four times per week.  The best part?  Each workout is followed up by a tasty high protein post workout shake.

Now are you ready to meet my favorite new shake?  Let me introduce you to Strawberry Coconut bliss!  That’s right… this Strawberry Coconut Protein Shake Recipe is like a little splash of fruity tropical heaven!  Simple to make and oh-so delicious!

This 23g protein shake is the perfect way to nourish your body after a tough workout.  It’s creamy, tasty, and packed with protein!

This Strawberry Coconut Protein Shake Recipe is packed with protein, simply delicious, and the perfect post workout drink!

Ingredients

  • 5.3 ounces Chobani Coconut Greek Yogurt 12g protein
  • 10 medium sized Frozen Strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Nonfat Milk 4g protein
  • 2 tablespoons EAS Vanilla Whey Protein Powder 7g protein
  • Coconut Flakes for topping
  • {Optional} 2 teaspoons sugar

Instructions

  • Add Frozen Strawberries, Milk, and Yogurt to your Blender, and blend thoroughly.
  • Add Protein Powder and optional Sugar to blender, and blend until smooth.
  • Top with Coconut Flakes. Enjoy!
