Matcha Green Tea Latte

A BIG thank you to Feel Good Organic Superfoods for sponsoring today’s post.

Looking for a fun new way to get your morning caffeine? A matcha green tea latte is the answer! This delicious beverage is made with just 3 simple ingredients and is a nutritious drink that you can whip up in just a few minutes!

Matcha is a high-quality green tea, where the leaves are gently steamed, dried, and pulverized into a fine powder that you add to hot water. So you drink the matcha in the tea, rather than removing it before drinking – no bags or strainers required! You’ll get way more nutrients and antioxidants compared to regular green tea!

A big perk to making your own drink at home is you can customize the amount of sweetener added to your drink, more or less depending on your preference. The most important ingredient is high quality matcha powder, the lighter the color the better quality it is.

Are you ready to make one of my favorite healthy matcha drink recipes? Here’s what you’ll need…
