Are you on the hunt for a healthy treat?  For the past several years, I’ve made it a point to workout several times per week.  The best part?  Each workout is followed up by a tasty high protein post workout shake.

Now are you ready to meet my new favorite new shake?  Let me introduce you to chocolate bliss!  That’s right… this Triple Chocolate Protein Shake is every chocolate lover’s dream come true!  It’s simple to make and so delicious!

This post workout shake is also the perfect way to nourish your body after a tough workout.  It’s creamy, tasty, and packed with protein!

Chocolate Protein Shake Recipe

Now are you ready to meet my new favorite new shake?  Let me introduce you to chocolate bliss!  That’s right… this Triple Chocolate Protein Shake Recipe is every chocolate lovers dream come true!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Dark Chocolate Silk Almond Milk
  • 2 teaspoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Protein Powder (or Naked Nutrition Chocolate KETO Fat Bomb)

Instructions

  • Add Greek Yogurt and Dark Chocolate Almond Milk, and blend thoroughly.
  • Then, add Cocoa Powder and Protein Powder, and blend until frothy. Enjoy!

    all of these recipes look good: the shake, the overnight oatmeal, and the applesauce. I love using cocoa in my shakes- really chocolatey yet no sugar.
