Ingredients
31ouncesWhite Chili Beanstwo 15.5 oz. cans
2cupsRotisserie Chicken cut into 1" piecesmostly brown meat
1 1/2cupsdiced White Onion
2-4clovesminced Garlic
12ouncesEvaporated Milk
10.5ouncesCream of Chicken Soup
2ouncesDiced Jalapenos {1/2 of 4 oz. can}
4ouncesDiced Green Chilies
1/2teaspoonCumin
2tablespoonsButter
1teaspoonSalt
1/2teaspoonPepper
Instructions
Preheat 5-6 quart Dutch Oven on stove at Medium-High heat.
After dutch oven has warmed up, add Butter.
Once Butter has melted, add Onions and Garlic, then saute until Onions start to look clear, or translucent.
Reduce heat to Medium, then add Evaporated Milk, Cream of Chicken Soup, Chicken, Beans, Green Chiles, Diced Jalapenos, Salt, and Pepper, then stir well.
Let soup simmer for 25 minutes, stirring regularly.
