Ingredients
26ouncesFrozen Meatballs
8ouncesRoot Beer {1 cup}
18ouncesSweet Baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce
Instructions
Combine Root Beer and BBQ Sauce in medium mixing bowl, and stir well.
Pour 1/2 of sauce mixture into the bottom of your Instant Pot.
Add Meatballs to bowl with remaining sauce, and stir well to coat Meatballs.
Then, transfer Meatballs to Instant Pot, keeping them away from the Instant Pot’s edges to avoid burning while cooking.
Select “Pressure Cook” and change cook time to 12 minutes.
Then, change cooking Pressure Level to Low.
Preheating will begin 10 seconds after settings are selected.
Once Meatballs are done, Quick Release pressure prior to removing lid.
Allow Meatballs to cool for 5 minutes with lid off. Stir, then serve!
Notes
- Larger Meatballs may take additional cook time. - In addition to cook time, it will take around 15 minutes for your Instant Pot to initially reach pressure before cooking begins. - If using a Crock Pot Pressure Cooker, you'll select the “Beans/Chili” setting to manually override cook time and pressure settings.
