Ingredients
1cupchopped Onion
1tablespoonminced Garlic
2tablespoonsCider Vinegar
12ouncesChili Sauce1 bottle
1tablespoonlight Brown Sugar
1/2teaspoonground Cumin
1/8teaspoonground Ginger
1/2cupfat-free Chicken Broth
2poundsboneless skinless Chicken Breasts
Instructions
In 3 1/2-6-quart slow cooker, combine all ingredients except chicken in crockpot.
Add chicken and turn to coat.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until chicken is tender.
Remove chicken breasts and shred with two forks.
Return shredded chicken to crockpot, stir and serve!
