boneless skinless Chicken Thighs fresh or thawed do not use frozen

frozen Lemonade Concentrate thawed
1/2
cup
Canola Oil

White Sugar

teaspoons
Garlic Powder

teaspoon
Salt
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, except the chicken, in medium mixing bowl and stir well.
Pour 1 cup Lemonade Mixture into bottom of Instant Pot.
Add Chicken Thighs to Instant Pot.
Pour remaining Lemonade Mixture over the Chicken.
Select “Meat/Stew” setting, select “High Pressure,” and change cooking time to 15 minutes.
Preheat will start 10 seconds after settings are selected.
Once Chicken Thighs are done, Quick Release pressure before removing lid.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes with lid off.
Shred chicken with 2 forks or serve as whole thighs, enjoy!
