Ingredients
15.25ouncesBetty Crocker Super Moist Spice Cake Mix 1 box
15ouncesLibby's Pure Pumpkin 1 can
1cupNestle Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
1/2cupCanola or Vegetable Oil
3Eggs
2.5teaspoonsPumpkin Pie Spice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In medium mixing bowl, stir together all ingredients.
Spray bottom and sides of one 9 x 5 non-stick loaf pan with cooking spray.
Evenly pour mixture into loaf pan, and smooth out on top. (You can sprinkle some chocolate chips on top to create a nice finished look)
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Allow to cool in pan for 5 minutes, then transfer loaf to wire rack to finish cooling. Enjoy!
