Ingredients
1
pound
Penne Pasta
30
ounces
Garlic Alfredo Sauce
2 jars, 15 ounces each
2
cups
shredded Mozzarella Cheese {8 ounce bag}
10
slices
Veroni Prosciutto
1
teaspoon
dried Basil
Instructions
Prepare pasta per instructions on package.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Pour 1/3 cup Garlic Alfredo Sauce into the bottom of a 9x13 ceramic or glass dish, and spread out in a thin layer.
Once pasta is done, drain pasta and pour 1/2 of pasta into the baking dish on top of the Garlic Alfredo Sauce you just added.
Add 5 slices of Prosciutto on top of the pasta. {I like to bunch it up a bit... see photo above}
Then pour the remaining open jar of Garlic Alfredo Sauce evenly over the Prosciutto.
Sprinkle 1 cup Mozzarella evenly over top.
Pour rest of pasta over cheese layer and spread out evenly.
Then, pour second jar of Garlic Alfredo Sauce evenly over pasta.
Next, sprinkle final cup of Mozzarella Cheese evenly over the Garlic Alfredo Sauce.
Add remaining 5 slices of Prosciutto on top.
Then sprinkle dried Basil evenly on top.
Bake for approximately 10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted. Serve and enjoy!
