Ingredients
4large Pearson Farm Peachespeeled, pitted, and sliced
1cupWater
1cupWhite Sugar
3tablespoonsCornstarch
15.25ouncesVanilla Cake Mix1 box
1cupchopped Pearson Farm Pecans
½cupButter8 tbsp.
1teaspoonCinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray inside of glass or ceramic 9x13 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray, and set aside.
In large saucepan, stir together Water, Sugar, and Cornstarch. Cook over medium-high heat (stirring constantly) until thick and bubbly.
Once thickened remove from heat and allow to cool for 3 minutes while continuing to stir.
Carefully add in sliced peaches to mixture, and stir until well coated. Then transfer Peach mixture into baking dish, and spread out evenly.
Evenly sprinkle Cinnamon over Peach mixture.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine dry Cake Mix and melted Butter, and stir until crumbly. {break up any large chunks into small crumbles with spoon}
Pour cake/butter crumble mixture over Peaches in baking dish, and spread out evenly.
Evenly sprinkle chopped Pecans over crumbly cake mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until sides are hot and bubbly.
Serve with a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream or Whip Cream. Enjoy!
