Easy Grilled Shrimp Skewers Recipe

Ingredients

Jumbo Raw Shrimp
tail off, peeled, and deveined {1 bag}

Red Peppers

White Onion

Dole Pineapple Chunks
Instructions
Soak 5 wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
Chop Onions and Red Peppers into 1 inch wide pieces.
Preheat grill to 400°.
Prepare Kabob with 2 Onion pieces, 1 Red Pepper piece, 1 Pineapple chunk, 1 Shrimp, ect. (3 Shrimp per skewer)
Melt 1/4 cup Butter (4 tbsp.), then stir in 1/4 cup Pineapple Juice from can of Pineapple chunks.
Brush Pineapple-Butter mixture liberally over both sides of contents of Shrimp skewer.
Place skewers on grill, close the lid, and cook for 3 minutes.
Open lid, flip skewer to opposite side, and baste again with Pineapple Butter.
Grill for three more minutes, or until done when Shrimp have just turned pink. Enjoy!
