Dijon Mustard

Maple Syrup

Murray’s Omega-3 Chicken Thighs
1100mg Omega-3 per thigh
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except thighs.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Coat skin side of thighs with maple dijon mixture.
Bake chicken for approximately 45 minutes.
Check chicken for doneness. Chicken should be no less than 165 degrees F. Enjoy!
