Triple Chocolate Chip Cookies

Craving some soft chocolate chip cookies?  These ultimate triple chocolate cookies are simply irresistible!   They really are the perfect texture: soft, chewy, studded with chocolate chips, and topped with a white chocolate drizzle!

  • 15.25 ounces Betty Crocker Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
  • 1/2 cup Bake Believe Semi-Sweet Baking Chips
  • 1/2 cup Bake Believe Dark Chocolate Baking Chips
  • 1 1/2 cups Bake Believe White Baking Chips
  • ½ cup Canola or Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Eggs


  • Beat together Cake Mix, Eggs, and Oil in large mixing bowl.
  • Stir in Semi-Sweet and Dark Chocolate Baking Chips to dough.
  • Refrigerate cookie dough for approx. 1 hour.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Form rounded balls and place on ungreased nonstick Cookie Sheet.
  • Bake 7 – 9 mins, or until done.
  • Remove from oven, and after a few minutes transfer cookies to cooling racks.
  • Melt 1 1/2 cups White Baking Chips in the microwave.  Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, microwave for 15 more seconds, and stir again.
  • Transfer melted White Baking Chips into a plastic squeeze condiment bottle.
  • Drizzle cookies with melted White Baking Chips, and allow to dry.  Enjoy!
