Ingredients

Center Cut Boneless Pork Loin Chops {about 1.5 lbs.}

Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup
14 1/2
ounces
Swanson Chicken Broth

ounces
Mushrooms Pieces
drained
1/2
ounce
Lipton Dry Onion Soup Mix Packet
half of a 1 ounce packet
Optional: 1/4 cup French Fried Onions
Instructions
Pour can of Chicken Broth into bottom of Crock Pot.
Place Pork Chops in Crock Pot, and cook on LOW for 3.5 hours, covered.
After 3.5 hours on LOW, drain juices from Crock Pot.
Mix together drained Mushrooms, Cream of Mushroom Soup, and Onion Soup Mix packet in medium bowl.
Scoop mixture over Pork Chops, and cook on LOW for ½ hour, or until done.
Optional: Place 1/4 cup French Fried Onions on top of pork chops and serve. Enjoy!
