  • Whole Chicken, approx 4-5 pounds
  • ½ cup Chicken Dry Rub Seasoning Blend (choose from 3 options below printable recipe)
  • 1 White Onion, sliced
  • ½ cup Water
  1. Rinse Chicken, remove innards and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Place ½ of sliced Onion inside of Chicken.
  3. Add ½ cup of Water to 6 – 7 quart Crockpot
  4. Place remaining sliced Onions on bottom of your Crockpot, then place your Chicken on top.
  5. Generously sprinkle Rub over top and sides of Chicken.
  6. Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 8 hours, or until done.
  7. Use thermometer in thick portion of breast to verify if Chicken is done at 165 degrees. Enjoy!!
