This Easy Christmas Cake Mix Cookie Recipe is so delicious it will have your friends and family coming back for seconds!

  • 16.25 oz. Betty Crocker White SuperMoist Cake Mix (1 box)
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • ½ cup Canola Oil or Vegetable Oil
  • Cream Cheese Frosting + Green Food Coloring
  • Red & Green Sprinkles
  1. Combine cake mix, egg whites, and oil in large mixing bowl, and beat well.
  2. Chill dough in refrigerator for 45 minutes – 1 hour.
  3. Drop onto ungreased non-stick cookie sheet in rounded balls.
  4. Bake for approx. 7 – 9 minutes, {or until done} at 350 degrees.
  5. Cool on cooling racks, and once cool it’s time to frost!
  6. Using your favorite homemade or store bought tub of Cream Cheese Frosting, mix in a few drops of Green Food Coloring and stir until frosting is tinted a pretty shade of green.
  7. Frost cookies, and sprinkle on some festive Red & Green Sprinkles, and ENJOY!!
