Ingredients
  • 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, thawed
  • 18 ounces Sweet Baby Ray's Hickory & Brown Sugar Barbecue Sauce (1 bottle)
  • ½ cup Coca Cola
  • ½ teaspoon Hickory Liquid Smoke
  • ½ teaspoon Chipotle Chile Pepper
  • 4 slices of Bacon, cooked until crispy.
  • ¼ cup fresh grated Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
  1. Cook Chicken in crockpot on HIGH for 3 hours or LOW for 6 hours {covered}
  2. After 3 hours on HIGH or 6 hours on LOW, drain juices from crockpot
  3. Mix BBQ Sauce, Coca Cola, Liquid Smoke and Chipotle Chile Pepper in medium bowl and pour over Chicken Breasts. Continue cooking on HIGH for 30 minutes, or until done.
  4. Just prior to serving, top each Chicken Breast with chopped Bacon and fresh grated Cheddar Cheese. Enjoy!
