Who said lemonade is just for sipping? This Lemonade Chicken Marinade is easy to make and packed with flavor!
Recipe type: Entree
Cuisine: American
Serves: 4
  • 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 12 ounces frozen Lemonade Concentrate, thawed
  • ½ cup Canola Oil
  • 2 tablespoons White Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper
  1. Combine all ingredients, except Chicken, in medium mixing bowl and stir well.
  2. Add chicken and mixture to gallon ziplock freezer bag.
  3. Place in the refrigerator to marinate for several hours or overnight, turning and flipping several times.
  4. When you're ready to eat, remove Chicken from the bag, drain the marinade out, and get ready to grill!
  5. Grill your pre-marinated Chicken on the grill outside {6-8 minutes on each side at 400 degrees, or until done}, or on a grill pan inside.
  6. If you’re not ready to cook it yet… after adding the Chicken and marinade to the bag, place directly into the freezer for some pre-marinated chicken later! {just pull out of the freezer, and defrost in the fridge… letting all of the yummy flavors soak into the Chicken} prior to cooking. Enjoy!
